How to respond to a text message from a guest.

1. Find a reservation you want to send a message to.

Pro Tip: Text messaging will only work if the guest has a mobile number in their profile.

Go to the reservations tab and look for message notice in the right panel.  Any open messages will be shown.

 

Click on the envelope and the oldest message will pop-up.

 

Click on the bottom of the pop-up screen to enter your response.  Press return to send the message.  Then X out of the pop-up.

 

Click on the "X" in the right panel to close the guest detail.

The system will return to the main screen and show any additional open messages.
